How VIDYAKSH handles website enquiries.

Information we collect

Details submitted through forms

When you use the enquiry, consultation or tutor application forms, VIDYAKSH may receive the details you choose to submit, such as name, contact details, student grade, subject interests, preferred date or time window, message content and tutor application information.

If you apply as a tutor and upload a résumé, the uploaded file is used only to review the application and contact suitable applicants for the next step.

How it is used

Responding to your request

Submitted information is used to understand the request, contact you through your selected contact method, confirm consultation details, answer enquiries or review tutor applications.

VIDYAKSH does not ask you to submit highly sensitive personal information through these forms.

Delivery and storage

Google Drive and internal email notification

After a valid form is safely queued, its details and any tutor resume files are stored in VIDYAKSH's Google Drive and a formatted notification is sent to the designated VIDYAKSH administrator through Resend's transactional email service.

The Google Drive submission folder is configured so anyone who receives its unique link can open it. The link is included only in the internal administrator email notification, but it may be forwarded by a recipient. Do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial, medical or identity-document information through these forms.

Google Drive submission records are retained indefinitely unless VIDYAKSH deletes them or accepts a deletion request. Failed delivery jobs are retained in encrypted backend storage for manual recovery.

Website protection

Spam and security checks

The website uses basic anti-spam, file-size and form-validation checks to protect the forms from misuse. Server logs may temporarily include technical information such as request time, page path and IP address for security and troubleshooting.

Submitted content and resume files are encrypted in the backend queue. Delivery is attempted immediately and retried hourly for up to 24 hours before the job is retained as a dead letter for manual review.
